When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, arrange requested work and manage the resulting business correspondence. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or material you are not authorised to share.

Website delivery and service providers

Our public website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Those services may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Business email uses Google Workspace. Authorised people and our AI-assisted Krew may help process enquiries and prepare work; Jay retains responsibility for decisions and releases. Service providers may process information outside Singapore. Their privacy notices explain their own processing.

The public information and licence-enquiry pages do not currently include advertising trackers or a separately installed visitor-analytics script. Links to other services take you to their own sites. Private, sign-in-only tools have separate access arrangements; this notice does not grant access or describe every private tool's processing.

Keeping information

We retain business correspondence for the work and legitimate business or legal purposes connected with it. We review retention against those purposes and remove or anonymise information when retention is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. Hosting providers' security logs follow their own service arrangements; we do not promise that visiting this website creates no logs.

Questions and requests

Contact Jay at jay@agentsofkhaos.com for privacy questions, complaints, requests to access or correct personal information, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and explain any limits on a request. A request does not require you to send identity documents unsolicited.
